On April 19 we will be hosting our monthly beer pairing dinner! A full, 5 course meal that includes the following items and accompanied with the 4-20 release beers from Burley Oak Brewing Company;
1. Blistered Kale Salad with shaved brussel sprouts, roasted chili lime peanuts and Burley Beer mustard. Paired with Sequia Sap Outdoor IPA
2. Asian style Orange Chicken Flatbread topped with red onion, yellow and red peppers, sesame seeds and a micro salad. Paired with Orange JREAM Cicle
3. Black and Bleu filet mignon tip entree served with caramelized onions and roasted mushrooms over crumbled bleu cheese and a side of new potato. Paired with Head Stash DIPA.
4. Cod Provincial served with an Acai Berry reduction sauce over rice. Paired with Double Acai JREAM.
5. Mini Smores Waffles. Our house made, Gnarley Waffles topped with melted chocolate chips, fluffy warm marshmallows, graham crackers and chocolate sauce. Paired with Tangeled up in Green Triple IPA
