1st course; Warm BBQ melon skewer. Cantaloupe, honeydew, watermelon with a side citrus salad topped with chevre goat cheese and Eastern shore street corn. Paired with a mystery IPA
2nd course; Sable fish taco, corn tortilla shell, kiwi pineapple salsa, jalapeno crema, cilantro, lime zest. Paired with Double Strawberry DaIquiri, JREAM
3rd course; Tuna ceviche. Cubed tuna, red chili vinaigrette, avocado, mango. Paired with Double Pina Colada JREAM
4th course; Korean Hog Bites. Bulgogi braised pork shanks over Korean fried rice including veggies and eggs. Paired with 100% Vic Secret
5th course; Curied Strawberry soup with a coconut yogurt swirl. Topped with toasted coconut and freeze dried strawberries. Paired with Miami Vice JREAM
